| EDUCATION – Altius Sports Partners provide the University of Mississippi with ongoing guidance, consulting services, and education to further develop, refine, and implement strategies for Ole Miss’ Next Level NIL program and the evolving landscape of intercollegiate athletics. ASP and Ole Miss collaborate to deliver a best-in-class NIL program to athletes, coaches, and staff while enhancing education and support for internal and external departmental stakeholders. ASP’s strategic guidance and national benchmarking will position athletes to understand their rapidly evolving rights and navigate NIL opportunities, equip coaches to effectively recruit and retain athletes in this new era, and prepare external stakeholders such as donors, alumni, and corporate partners to permissibly navigate this space.

| BUSINESS MANAGEMENT – INFLCR, a Teamworks product, is the leading athlete brand-building and NIL business management app for over 250 elite collegiate and professional sports organizations. The INFLCR athlete app educates student-athletes, coaches and staff for the NIL era in a safe and compliant environment, all powered by best-in-class content delivery for student-athletes to access and share content to their social media channels. INFLCR technology also includes the impactful INFLCR Local Exchange, a school-customized NIL exchange where schools can direct businesses, individuals, or collectives seeking to find, communicate with, pay and report NIL transactions with its student-athletes. The INFLCR Local Exchange maximizes the student-athlete’s wallet share while streamlining compliance and tax reporting responsibilities.
In the summer of 2021, Ole Miss Athletics partnered with INFLCR to create Next Level, the Ole Miss all-encompassing platform for student-athletes and businesses. This platform allows student-athletes to create content and boost their social media following amongst many other informational materials. It also provides the initial contact phase for businesses to discuss promotional opportunities with student-athletes in an NCAA-compliant manner. INFLCR is accessed through an application (app).

| GROUP LICENSING – Ole Miss Authentics, the official team store of Ole Miss Athletics, now offers exclusive student-athlete NIL merchandise, including customized Nike jerseys, unique t-shirts and other personalized items across all sports, through the athletics department’s new group licensing agreement with The Brandr Group (TBG). The partnership with TBG allows for the collective use of student-athletes’ NIL in licensing and marketing programs, co-branded with Ole Miss Athletics’ logos and marks. Student-athletes have the option to voluntarily join TBG’s program that will facilitate group licensing opportunities on behalf of the student-athletes with no limit to the athlete’s individual NIL rights. With decades of collective management experience for some of the world’s largest brands, TBG also manages the group rights program for the NFL, NBA and MLB players’ associations in the college space.
