Premium Services Coordinator

The Premium Services Coordinator assists in the day-to-day guest services program to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and supports initiatives to enhance the guest experience, employee experience, and event operations. The Premium Services Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Premium Services.

 

Examples of Work Performed

  • Supports the overall premium services department and goals of the team.
  • Foster and maintain a strong and productive working relationship with staffing vendors.
  • Sets up event schedules and monitors events while in progress.
  • Organizes and executes events held in premium areas of Ole Miss venues. (i.e. wedding rehearsals, conferences, meetings)
  • Provides event correspondence to suite holders and club-level premium donors.
  • Compiles data and organizes files of events executed for sport assigned.
  • Participates in managing the premium seating areas in Ole Miss Athletics venues.
  • Ensures premium seating areas are adequately staffed to service suite holders and club-level donors.
  • Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
  • Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with department, University, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Manages premium areas for football, Men’s basketball, and baseball.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with the Annual Fund, Facilities and Event Management in gameday duties.

Essential Functions

These essential functions include but are not limited to, the following: The hiring department may identify and include additional essential functions.

  1. Supports the management of the premium seating areas of Ole Miss venues.
  2. Organizes and executes events held in premium areas.
  3. Prepares reports for internal use.
  4. Point of contact for baseball premium.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Exertion: The incumbent may be required to lift up to approximately 25 pounds.

Vision: Requirements of this job include close vision and color vision.

Speaking/Hearing: Ability to give and receive information through speaking and listening.

Motor Coordination: While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The incumbent is periodically required to reach with hands and arms; stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend. The incumbent is occasionally required to sit.

 

Experience/Educational Requirements: Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. AND

 

Experience:

One (1) year of experience related to the above described duties.
