    Coordinator Premium Services

    This position supports the management of the premium seating areas of Ole Miss venues. The incumbent provides services such as; organizing and executing events held in premium areas, suite and club menu planning, gifting for premium donors, participates in planning special events for premium donors, and prepares correspondence and game day communications for premium ticket holders.

    Examples of Work Performed

    Compose event/gameday schedules, including monitor events while in progress and managing gameday staff.

    Organizes and executes events held in premium areas of Ole Miss venues. (i.e. wedding rehearsals, conferences, meetings)

    Composes and distributes written communication to premium donors outlining details of events. Organizes and executes training sessions for support staff.

    Responsible for managing customer expectations while delivering superior levels of service and proactively solve issues as they arise.

    Provides event correspondence to suite holders and club level premium donors.

    Assists in planning and executing special events for premium donors.

    Compiles data and organizes files of events executed for each sport.

    Participates in the management of the premium seating areas of University venues.

    Ensures premium seating areas are adequately staffed to service suite holders and club level donors.

    Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.

    Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with department, University, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

    Essential Functions

    These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following. Additional essential functions may be identified and included by the hiring department.

    1. Supports the management of the premium seating areas of Ole Miss venues.
    2. Organizes and executes events held in premium areas.
    3. Prepares reports for internal use.

    Minimum Qualifications

    These minimum qualifications have been agreed upon by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in this job class and are based upon a job analysis and the essential functions.

    Physical Requirements: These physical requirements are not exhaustive, and additional job related physical requirements may be added to these by individual agencies on an as needed basis. Corrective devices may be used to meet physical requirements.

    Physical Exertion: The incumbent may be required to lift up to approximately 25 pounds.

    Vision: Requirements of this job include close vision and color vision.

    Speaking/Hearing: Ability to give and receive information through speaking and listening.

    Motor Coordination: While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The incumbent is periodically required to reach with hands and arms; stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend. The incumbent is occasionally required to sit.

    Experience/Educational Requirements: Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university. AND

    Experience:

    One (1) year of experience related to the above described duties.
