Maddy SummerfieldMaddy Summerfield joined the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation in March 2022 as an Assistant Director of Development. In 2023, she was promoted to Associate Director of Donor Experience and Operations. In her current role, Maddy is responsible for enhancing the donor experience through meaningful engagement and stewardship while ensuring internal processes and operations remain efficient, organized, and donor-focused. She also works to support the development of philanthropic major gifts to the Vaught Society, which benefits all 18 varsity sports at Ole Miss. Prior to joining Ole Miss Athletics, Maddy served as a Development Athletic Assistant with the Irwin Club at Grand Valley State University. In that role, she helped generate revenue by engaging current and prospective Grand Valley State Athletics donors and supporting the university’s fundraising initiatives. A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Maddy earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Grand Valley State University in May 2021. During her time at Grand Valley, she spent five years working with Athletics and the Irwin Club, gaining valuable experience in donor relations, fundraising, and athletic development. |
