Grayson Justiss joined the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation in May 2026 as a Development Associate. His responsibilities include assisting with fundraising efforts for the Annual Fund, along with managing the Outbound Sales intern team.

Prior to joining the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation full-time, Grayson served as an intern with OMAF for two years while completing his undergraduate studies. During his internship, he focused primarily on outbound sales calls in support of fundraising and donor engagement efforts.

Grayson graduated from Ole Miss in Spring 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in General Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
