Peter Loughead

Peter started with Ole Miss in June of 2021 as an Associate Director of Development before being promoted to Director in 2023, overseeing annual giving and priority seating while serving on the women’s basketball external team.

Prior to joining Ole Miss, Peter started with Kansas Athletics as a Sr. Annual Fund Officer for the Williams Education Fund, focusing primarily on increasing annual fund membership and premium sales. By 2019, he transitioned into a leadership role within the Williams Education Fund working with External Leadership on Annual Fund marketing strategy. Prior to his time with Kansas, he worked in ticket operations and sales with University of New Mexico Athletics to help Lobo Club members.

Peter is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico where he attended the University of New Mexico. After finishing his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he earned a Master’s in Sports Administration while interning with UNM Athletics and working as a Teaching Assistant.
