Blair Griffith joined the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation in March 2022 as an Assistant Director for Development. Blair’s responsibilities include the development of philanthropic major gifts to the Vaught Society, serving all 18 sports at Ole Miss.
He previously served as a Development Assistant at the University of Kansas, where he supported the Williams Education Fund’s major gift and annual fund initiatives while also serving as a letterwinner liaison. Prior to Kansas, Griffith served as a post-graduate intern for External Engagement and Strategic Partnerships while also supporting the office of inclusion at the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA).
A native of Green Bay, WI., Blair earned his B.A. in Sport Business from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2018, where he was a football student-athlete for the Golden Bears. Griffith also earned his Master’s in Business Administration with emphasis on Athletics Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2020. He is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD).
